As the old song goes, “birds do it, bees do it, even educated fleas do it,” so what advice did the Buddha have for those of us who fall in love? This class will focus on how to approach love and relationships through the lens of the Bodhisattva, one who has made the compassionate wish to attain Buddhahood for the benefit of all sentient beings. This class will include a short meditation to calm and center the mind and a contemplation on impermanence, both of which can be practiced by anyone, regardless of religious tradition.
