The Four Thoughts That Turn the Mind are foundational to the practice of Dharma and common to all Buddhist traditions. This class will focus on the first of the Four Thoughts: the rarity and preciousness of our human rebirth. By cultivating a deep appreciation for the opportunities and privileges of this life, we can mindfully use our good fortune for the benefit of all beings.
