The Buddha taught that we suffer as we do because of ignorance: we do not recognize our true nature. To fully realize our own intrinsic nature, and to maintain that knowing, is the means of attaining enlightenment. This class will explore the nature of ignorance, how to antidote it through a logical investigation of the mind, and how to stabilize one’s understanding through meditation.
