After months of masks, hand sanitizer, and social distancing, we long to return to the seeming stability of our normal lives. But the circumstances of our lives have never been stable. This class will explore the topic of impermanence, and how to use unstable circumstances as an opportunity to cultivate compassion and faith. This class will include a short meditation to calm and center the mind. Both relaxing and healing, this meditation can be practiced by anyone, regardless of religious tradition. The temple building is currently closed to the public during the COVID-19 social distancing efforts. Please join the livestream of this class on YouTube Instructor: Atira Zeoli is Jetsunma Ahkon Lhamo’s daughter and heart student. Raised in the Dharma, she is known for her ability to relate the Buddha’s teachings to the modern world with good humor and practical examples. There is no registration fee, but donations are always appropriate and appreciated.
