Generally when we recite the Mantra and Sutra of Wealth deities to
accumulate merit, it does not refer to material acquisition, but
rather it refers to the richness and contentment in the mind. When you
have accumulated a lot of merit, your mind becomes stable and contented.
Your mind reaches a state of richness. Guru Rinpoche magically transmitted
this 21 wealth deities sadhana to the great Terton Migyur Dorje for
future fortunate disciples and to benefit sentient beings in this degenerated
age.
