Practices
Vajrayana (Tibetan) Buddhism relies on various tantric practice techniques rooted in scriptures. It should only be practiced on the basis of a thorough understanding of Buddhist philosophy and strictly following the traditions.
While some of our practices are available to the general public, many are restricted to qualified Vajrayana practitioners studying under the guidance of a qualified lama and in receipt of the empowerment and/or transmission requisite to receive the practice.
