2020 may have thrown a wrench into our Thanksgiving plans, but the true feast is right in front of us. The Buddha provided a cornucopia of methods to tame our minds and cultivate compassion, and this precious human birth gives us a brief seat at the table. We'd be fools to let this feast go to waste.
