Rigdzin Dupai
This practice of offering to the Assembly of Knowledge Holders, is traditionally done on the 10th day of the Lunar month, known as Guru Rinpoche day. It gathers a tremendous amount of merit to use in benefitting beings.
Please note: this is not the exact version used at His Holiness Penor Rinpoche’s Palyul Retreat Center in New York. This is the original version given to KPC, with some additional prayers from the Palyul Retreat Center added at the end.

Also available here is a recording of the Rigdzin Dupai practice, done in 1988 when we first received the practice from His Holiness Penor Rinpoche. He wanted us to have all the instruments available to assist us in our practice. It is only recently, with modern digital technology, that we have been able to clean up the tape and offer it to you for your practice. Since it was done so long ago, we can’t guarantee it will be exactly the same as the practice you are doing today, but we know it will add to your practice experience. The details are: Vajra Master: His Holiness Penor Rinpoche; Umset: Migmar Lama; done in 1988 during Rinchen Terdzod Empowerments at KPC
It is available to order as an audio CD here:

We offer a teaching on this practice by Jetsunma Ahkon Lhamo at Dakini Valley. This teaching was given while doing the actual Chime Sog Thig practice and inserting the tsog offering portion from the Shower of Blessings. You must have the empowerment and transmissions to hear this teaching (or have been present when it was given). The recordings are of the complete practice and include a tsog. We recommend you set up a tsog and listen in exactly the way it was done, chanting along with Jetsunma and the Sangha as they do it in English, listen to her explanations and then with gratitude offer a tsog to seal the blessing. You will be glad you did.
The AudioCD set has been divided into tracks (and particularly into separate tracks for each of Jetsunma’s explanations of the five Mandalas) so you can re-listen to the explanations more easily as you deepen in the practice. Unfortunately, it is not possible to do this with the mp3s.

Jetsunma subsequently led the Chime Sog Thig practice at KPC-Maryland. We offer two MP3 files from that practice here, that may also help to learn the core of the practice - the six HRI visualizations and the chant tunes associated with them.
The first MP3 file provides Jetsunma’s explanations of the six HRIs along with her leading the chants for them:
GPC-158B_CSTatMD-JAL_HRIsWithExplanation.mp3 (7 MB File)
The second MP3 file only contains Jetsunmas chant tunes for the six HRIs:
GPC-158C_CSTatMD-JAL_HRIs-ChantsOnly.mp3 (4 MB File)
To download these files, right-click on the MP3 file, choose “Save Target As”, and save it on your computer.
May your life be long and healthy and may all beings reap the benefit!
We offer an excellent Chime Sog Thig commentary given by Khenpo Sonam at KPC:
